Hi friends!
I care a lot about the people I collaborate with and my work requires collaboration so this is just the fine print to legally protect everyone involved. Bottomline I just want to print your photos no bigger than a few square inches and collage them in my paintings to celebrate our communities and highlight our connections with one another. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Connect With Meg LLC provides the content and services available on the website that Connect With Meg owns or controls (today or in the future), including www.connectwithmeg.com, www.connectwithsmithrock.com, and www.connectwithyoga.com (the Sites) subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). These Terms and Conditions also apply to the way we interact with you, and you interact with us, on third party sites where we post content or invite your feedback or participation, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google+ (Third Party Sites). By accessing or using the Sites and participating on the Third Party Sites, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy.

Please review the other policy statements that appear throughout our Sites including for Connect With Meg's User Generated Content (UGC) terms so you understand specific terms relating to functionality, contests and our use of photos and videos you may provide to us. References to Terms and Conditions include these other policy statements.

PRIVACY
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Sites and the Third Party Sites, so that you understand our privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy can be found here and is incorporated herein by this reference.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and arrangement thereof (collectively, the Content) is the property of Connect With Meg LLC or its licensors, and is protected by United States, Canadian and international copyright laws and treaties. The trademarks, logos, service marks and artwork displayed on the website are owned by Connect With Meg LLC.

Except as required under applicable law, neither the Content nor Trademarks nor any portion of the Sites may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent. Requests for permission should be directed via email meg@connectwithmeg.com

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you believe that your Photo/Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may provide us with written notification of your claim in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 by emailing meg@connectwithmeg.com.

Please see 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) for the requirements of a proper notification. Please note that the information provided in your notification, including any personal information contained therein, may be forwarded to the person who has provided the allegedly infringing content, and your sending us such notification constitutes your consent to share this information with the alleged infringer.

You should also note that if you make any material misrepresentation in your notification that the material or activity is infringing, you will be liable for all damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by us or the alleged infringer as the result of our relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.

We may give notice of a claim of copyright infringement to our users by means of a general notice on the Sites, electronic mail to a user's email address in our records.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In the access or use of the Sites and Third Party Sites, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the special warnings or instructions for access or use posted on the Sites. You must always act in accordance with the law and in good faith. It is strictly prohibited to use or contact the Sites to harass or disparage Connect With Meg, its personnel, products or services. No unsolicited email (spam) may be directed to or through the Sites. Users may not use the Sites in order to transmit, distribute, display, store or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful. If you default negligently or willfully in any of the obligations set forth in these terms and conditions (including our Privacy Policy), you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Connect With Meg, our affiliates, or partners.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You shall be liable for and shall indemnify us against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) incurred by us which arise directly or indirectly from a breach by you of your obligations, representations or warranties under these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL
By using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Sites, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Sites. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

USER GENERATED CONTENT TERMS

In these User Generated Content (UGC) Terms of Use, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Connect With Meg LLC (or any of its affiliated companies or partners as appropriate).

The “Photo” refers to the photo(s), caption and comments you posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest (“Social Media”) described in the message we sent referring you to these UGC Terms of Use.

By using the hashtag “#ConnectWithBoise” "ConnectWithYoga" or "ConnectWithSmithRock" you agree that we may use your Photo in accordance with these UGC Terms of Use.

ABOUT YOU
You represent and warrant that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are legally considered an adult in the State or Country where you reside;
You have full power and authority to agree to these UGC Terms of Use;
The Photo is your own original creation, you did not take the photo from another website, social media posting or elsewhere, and the Photo does not contain anything that violates the rights of any person or entity;
The Photo does not contain any trademarks, logos, brand names, advertising, sponsorship, or promotional material owned by any person or entity, other than you or Connect With Meg;
The Photo does not contain anything illegal, defamatory, obscene or offensive;
You have permission from any person(s) appearing in the Photo to provide us with the rights to use the Photo as described in these UGC Terms of Use;
Your upload or post of the Photo does not violate any applicable laws or the terms or requirements of the Social Media platform(s) where you uploaded or posted the Photo;
Our use of your Photo as described in these UGC Terms of Use will not violate the rights of any person or entity and will not violate any law.
You confirm and agree that Our use of your Photo as described in these UGC Terms of Use does not and shall not require any payment to any person or entity and does not require license, authorization, approval or consent by any other person or entity; and
You have read and you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in these UGC Terms of Use.

OUR USE OF YOUR PHOTO
You grant us an irrevocable and unlimited right and license to use your Photo (and to allow others to use the Photo) without the payment of any royalty. You agree that you shall never withdraw this permission and license to use the Photo. We may use your Photo for any business purpose on our websites and social media pages, and in our digital newsletters, and any other online, digital marketing material and in any new media or technology that becomes available later in time, throughout the world, for an unlimited time. You agree that we may use, copy, , modify, alter, edit, publish, create new derivative works from, make available and display the Photo (or any part of the Photo) and related content, and include the Photo (or any part of the Photo) into other works, for any business related purposes, including but not limited to promotional and marketing purposes. You also grant us the right, at our sole choice, to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of the Photo. You agree that we have no obligation to use your Photo or your name or other identifying information.

You confirm that you have the consent or permission of any other person or entity that is required for our use of your Photo as described in these UGC Terms of Use, including but not limited to: (a) any person who appears or performs in your Photo, and (2) any person or entity who owns any rights in your Photo or anything that appears in your Photo. You irrevocably and unconditionally grant to us all consents or permissions of any person or entity as required by any applicable laws, including but not limited to Copyright laws and related rights laws (and all other laws now or in future in force in any part of the world) which may be required for our use of the Photo and the rights you are granting us under these UGC Terms of Use.

You irrevocably and unconditionally waive (and agree not to enforce) all rights in the Photo, including without limitation any moral rights or equivalent rights which you may otherwise have under any laws now existing or which become law in the future in any part of the world.

If requested, you will sign any documentation in such manner and at such location as may be required to protect, perfect or enforce any of the rights you have given to us under these UGC Terms of Use. Whether we choose to use the Photo or not is solely our choice. We have no obligation to use the Photo and we may remove or stop using any Photo at any time, for any reason. Use of the Photo does not imply our endorsement of or any affiliation with you.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will use any personal data we receive in connection with our use of the Photo in accordance with these UGC Terms of Use and in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on www.connectwithmeg.com. You consent to our collection of any personal data you provide in connection with the use of the Photo as described herein. If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in this way, please do not provide us with personal information or agree to these terms.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

These UGC Terms of Use contain all the terms agreed between us regarding the Photo and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
